TOTAL NEVASTANE HTF  is white mineral oil-based heat transfer fluid for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE HTF is recommended for heat transfer installations where incidental contact with food may occur, in open and closed circuits. NEVASTANE HTF is suitable for double-boilers, autoclaves, reactors, ovens, presses and molds mainly in following industries: Food, Pharmaceutical.

TOTAL NEVASTANE SY is synthetic (PAG) gear oils, suitable for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE SY oils are adapted for the lubrication of numerous applications in the food and beverage industry with high loads, high temperatures and in presence of water. NEVASTANE SY oils are specially recommended for the lubrication of worm gears and reducers, high temperature oven chains and bottling equipments. NEVASTANE SY formulation, 100% synthetic, based on polyglycol and high-performance additives, provides outstanding extreme-pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidant properties.

TOTAL NEVASTANE EP is gear oils, suitable for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE EP formulation is based on white mineral oils, synthetic oils, and high performances additives provides excellent extreme-pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidant properties. NEVASTANE EP oils are recommended for the lubrication of gear reducers, plain and roller bearings with high loads in the food processing industries. NEVASTANE EP oils are also suitable for the lubrication of numerous applications in the food industry such as chains and conveyor belts.

TOTAL LUNARIA SH is full-synthetic PAO based oil for ammonia (R 717) refrigerating compressors. Lubrication of refrigerating compressors (reciprocating and screw) using ammonia as a refrigerant. z PAO (polyalphaolefin) base oils to improve oil drain interval and ensure good performances even at very low temperature. z Field of application: evaporator temperature down to -50°C.

TOTAL NEVASTANE SL is synthetic (PAO) gear oils, suitable for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE SL oils are recommended in the food processing industries for the lubrication of air compressors, vacuum pumps and hydraulic systems especially operating at low temperatures. NEVASTANE SL formulation, 100% synthetic, based on PAO, provides superior protection and longer service life to the lubricated equipment.

TOTAL CERAN FG is extreme-pressure water resistant high temperature calcium sulfonate complex grease for food and food related industry. CERAN FG is a heavy duty multipurpose premium grease, based on an overbased calcium complex technology and medicinal white oil. CERAN FG is an EP multipurpose grease, recommended for various applications in the food and food related industry operating under severe conditions (high load, high temperature, water, dust). CERAN FG is very suitable to lubricate pelleting presses used in feed industry (pet food, sugar beet): KAHL, PROMILL, CPM, UMT, VAN AARSEN…). Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.

TOTAL NEVASTANE HPX is food grade extreme pressure calcium sulfonate complex grease. NEVASTANE HPX is an extreme pressure grease dedicated to the lubrication in food industry under very severe conditions: water, high load, high temperature, dust… NEVASTANE HPX is recommended for the lubrication of pelleting presses (KAHL, Promill Stolz, CPM, UMT, Van Aarsen…) in feed and sugar industries.

TOTAL NEVASTANE SFG is high performance synthetic greases, suitable for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE SFG greases are high performance Extreme Pressure food grade lubricants based on calcium sulfonate complex soap, synthetic base oil and selected additives. NEVASTANE SFG greases are suitable for the lubrication of numerous applications in the food processing industries operating at low or high temperatures (-40°C to +180°C) and in presence of water: bearings, sterilizers, freezing tunnels, bearings in ovens…

TOTAL NEVASTANE HT/AW WHITE is multipurpose – white colored – aluminium complex grease, suitable for incidental food contact. NEVASTANE HT/AW WHITE greases are high performance food grade lubricants based on aluminium complex soap and additivated white oils. TOTAL BIOMULTIS SEP is multipurpose extreme pressure biodegradable lithium/calcium grease. BioMULTIS SEP 2 is designed for the lubrication various applications in all types of operating conditions, but particularly where the operation temperature is high and the use of conventional lithium greases is limited. BioMULTIS SEP 2 is a true multi purpose grease, formulated for lubrication of loaded slideball-, and roller-bearings, wheelbearings, universal joints, chassis, and various shock loaded or vibrating applications in transport, agriculture and off road vehicles. Specially suitable for loss lubrication in environmental sensitive areas, is also suitable as a “EP” general purpose grease in a wide range of ‘outdoor’ applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease. Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.

TOTAL BIOMERKAN RS is biodegradable water resistant calcium grease. BioMERKAN RS is pre-eminently designed for the lubrication of slow rotating slide bearings and articulations used in marine applications such as stern tubes, and ‘industrial’ applications such as conveyor belts. BioMERKAN RS has been developed for loss lubrication in environmental sensitive areas, is also suitable as a non “EP” general purpose grease in a wide range of ‘outdoor’ applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease. Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system.
